My Guide To Working Out!
$15.00
As filmmakers and freelancers our schedules are often times all over the place and never set in stone. The inconsistencies of having an ever changing schedule while grinding out long hour jobs make it hard for most filmmakers and freelancers to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. When we do have free time in between meetings, pre-production, shoots, post-production etc. it’s often brief and doesn’t leave us much time to workout. Honestly, most creatives don’t even know what to do when it comes to working out. I receive questions on a daily basis about not only how do I manage my workouts with my busy schedule, but also what exercises and workouts do I do to stay and get in shape? This is something I'm very passionate about and ultimately where the name of my YouTube channel "TheBuffNerds" originated years ago. I'm excited at the opportunity to give ya'll an insight on how to not only better your lives physically, but improve your workload as filmmakers and creatives too.
Anybody in the world can find at least 15-30 minutes during the course of a 24hr day that they can spend working out. You just have to choose to make it a priority. You don’t need to spend hours at the gym to stay in shape, build muscle or lose fat. My philosophy has always been get in, go hard, and get out. Rarely do I ever spend more than 45 minutes at the gym, or at home working out. Some days my workout might take place at home and last only 10 minutes, but for those 10 minutes I go as hard as I can! The key is to try and at least do something every day, and it doesn’t even have to be the biggest baddest workout ever. This program is based around that, 30 workouts that shouldn’t take you more than 10-30 minutes. Workouts you can complete at home or at the gym. Fast paced, high intensity workouts to help whip you into shape and keep you moving and grooving in the fast paced unpredictable world of a filmmaker and freelancer!
